    what's the proper temp for galvanized coated 4x4 1/4 inch tube stock and what about the 6011 or 7018 positive or negative controll got real confused today doing verticles and became a little discouraged w/ the drip's thx any
    help.

    Grind the galvanize off and run both electrodes EP. 7018 is just about the worst rod you can use if you don't get the galv off. 6010/11 will burn it off. And don't breath the fumes, they are poisonous. Be sure and drink a glass of milk when you get done. It neutralizes the zinc.
