Depends what CFM the tool is you're using, size of tank, and CFM of compressor.

    Thanks.....
Sounds like you got a free pressure tank with wheels.

I picked up a similar style compressor in similar shape a few years ago. A friend of mine had the bright idea to sand their wood floor with an air sander powered by a 12 gal oil less unit. They said it only got hot once.....but that's all it takes! Anyway, on that one the piston ring melted out of it's slot but I also found that the little reed valves inside the head had basically crystallized and were worthless. What I did on that one was find a local shop that dealt with the warranty work on the machine. It was a CH, so you might be able to take the same route since I think most of HD Husky line is just a CH with a red paint job. Anyway, when I talked to the shop owner, he said that most of their warranty work on those small machines was for burned out motor. well, they just replace the whole motor/pump assembly when that happens. He gave me (or sold really cheap...can't remember) an assembly that had a bad motor. From there I went back to the shop and stripped both down and put the good pump head on my good motor and threw the other junk away. It's still running today....only not sanding floors

    Maybe that will help
