My first reaction is NO. A Sync 351 is not a suitable power source for a MIG. The 351 is a Constant Current (CC) machine. MIG requires a Constant Voltage (CV) machine.
The Syncrowave 351 is a great TIG and Stick machine, but you'll need a different power source if you want to do MIG.
