    hard facing help

i have been asked to hard face the augers and flight chains on an asphalt paver. i imagine a manganese based rod will be good for the abrasive wear. my trailblazer will not be in for another week, so hte machine that i have is the legend aead 200le, will this machine be enough, or do i need to pass this one on to another welder? i have hardfaced before, but with a 300d. i was working for someone else at the time. i would never consientiously own a lincholn.
