karl;
its not really practical to turn the Dyn200DX into a MIG. all the name brand feeders like the suitcase are expensive. for the same or less $$ you could get a stand alone MIG like the MM180 or possibly the MM212, add a spool gun to them and aluminum is a piece of cake.
the spool gun is designed to work with a CV unit like the MM series (MIG's), not a CC welder like the dyn200 so you have to use a suitcase type to be able to hook up to it. its been coverd a few times before. not shore why so many want to be able to use the dyn200 as a MIG also but you are not alone in the wish.
the after market options like the ready welder might work??we will have to see how TS fairs with his. but in general you will end up with a better MIG by getting one as apposed to trying to make the dyn do MIG.
