    I make mine out of 3/16 or 1/4 plate depending on what I have laying around. Total Dimension horn tip to horn tip is 11 1/8"...Forhead to tip of nose is 4 1/2".....Forgot to mention in my first post that the Miller Hitch cover is Too Cool......just thought I would throw some other ideas out for everyone.

    looks good. i saw a guy who has a steer head as hitch cover i think it maybe alum ill see if i can get a pick of it.

    Attached are a few pics of the hitch cover that my son made last week. He cut it out and welded it to a piece of receiver tube and painted it Miller Blue. Thanks for looking. Mike.
