Computer Problems

Is anyone having problems with their computer the past few days?
When the message board comes up, takes quite a few seconds for all the icons and smileys to come up...Like there is a time delay or something...
Now the message board tool bar disappeared.
I have to click on the pull-down menu on the top left.
Anyone? or is it just me...
