          Bar Stool

Since it is a bar stool, a beer in hand would almost be mandatory.
My question is, can you drive it without spilling the beer?

It does have a cup holder but ya wanna keep both hands on the wheel at all time.

                  cup holder

Yes - you need to add one of those marine type cup holders, it swings and sways - and doesn't spill. You gotta keep both hands on the wheel on that hot-rod...
