Ranges for 3/32 E7024
E 7024 3/32" AC 65 - 120 amps . DC +/- 60 -110 amps . Jetweld 1 or Jetweld 3. start with a couple pieces of scrap and set your welder hot and adjust to get the bead you want. Hope this helps you

A E7018 rod would work just as well, A E7024 are generally used for thicker materials and fillet weldsComment

Beautiful results? Im sure that 7024 does nice, but in the right hands 7018 can be almost perfect. I welded these with 1/8 MG 7018.Originally posted by 2112sigpic
