E 7024 3/32" AC 65 - 120 amps . DC +/- 60 -110 amps . Jetweld 1 or Jetweld 3. start with a couple pieces of scrap and set your welder hot and adjust to get the bead you want. Hope this helps you

diddo... that looks better than 99% of all my welds [the rare 1% of the time i get one that looks like that, and always it ends up being on the back side of a bolt on piece so it is never seen ]
Thank you for the nice comments. That is a retainer bar for a jib axtension that i am putting on a 15 ton crane. I'll post more pics when done if anybody is interested.
