    Stairway to Heaven

    My latest sculpture. It is welded from 1/8 x 2" Aluminum pieces. It is 11.75" high.

    Sorry, I didn't weld inside. I welded some Tees and then welded the Tees together.

    haha - we're all old by the sounds of it...... difference with me is I literally just started learning how to weld a couple of months ago ! I'm currently scheming on getting a free Dynasty 200 for a few months from a bunch of fab shop guys I know.     Don52: VERY COOL!!!!!!!!!! ok, now for the technical stuff:
    did you tig the inside like it is? what torch, size tungsten/filler and size cup? (wondered how you reached in there....)
    How thick was the alum?
