Dumb question

This has nothing to do with welding, I notice some of you guys have web sites email address and all sorts of other info that seem to be attached to all of your post. My question is do you type all that stuff in and add the links and such every time? or do you some how have it set up where it is just always there? if so how do I do this

Remember there are no dumb questions. Look up above for User CP and find edit siginature. Your message will be there after every post...Bob

yep, what he said. not only will it start being there but its retroactive. it will apear in all your old post also. so if you change e-mail addresses some time later it will change all your post signitures. so if an old post is brought up a year after you changes your e-mail in your signiture it will be up to date, as long as you keep the master coppy in your UCP updated.

Thanks for the help, I added my link and pic to the edit signature section and saved it should it show up instantly or will it take a while?

thats strange, mine was retroactive. maybee it takes a wile to get all the old posts in the system?? or i could be loosing my mind and just think it was retroactive. well time will tell.

i just checked a post i made on 10-28-06 and my sig. was updated to the one i have now, so it must take a wile for the system to load up and fix all the old ones.
