I have one that has replaced my 110v setup. I can run it off the Lincoln Ranger 8 my Thermal Arc GSM 400 or the batteries on the truck.
I use it for steel stainless or aluminum. It will handle up to 30v and 350 amps for short runs say 5' and down to 10v.
Handy tool.
does it matter what spool gun u use? i would like to set one up for aluminum. i have a fwac wire feed but it doesnt have a spool gun and would like to be able to weld aluminum cheap since i dont have a torch either.
thanks
