trailor looks like its goint to be realy nice.
it looks like you have the syncro grounded to the thing also. did you do the corners in stick ?? or all of it with the MM ?? is it a MM135 or 175??
sorry to complain about the pic's but it took 14 1/2 minuits to open this page. if you reduced the pic's to say this size (see pic's) they would be just as nice and not blow the screen out of place or atke so long to load for us dial up only guys.

Yes it is a 135 and I was using the sycro (TIG) for the sides and some of the cross members but once i got board I used the mm135
Millermatic 135 Syncrowave 200 with coolmate 3 Hypertherm powermax 30
I was wondering what you were using the TIG for? I do that sometimes too, just for the practice even though the MIG is way faster , Nice job, i like the cylinder that feeds the stock on the band saw, or is that a clamp?
you got bored with TIG and you say you want to be a welder, shame on you young man, shame on you.
how thick is it?? the 135 must have been working realy hard to keep up is its as thick as it looks.

I noticed that it appears you have doubled the crosses back to back at the 4' centers, any particular reason? Are you planning on doing a diamond plate deck or sheet decking? just wondering. Dave
