During one of my Coop placement days the crew from how its done (cheap rip off show) came into DME and did a whole video on making the beer tanks, it was pretty cool I think I got in on one of the shots too

I saw that show. Very cool how they make them from cromoly blanks, especially how they shape the top to make it all one piece.

and the music is pretty sweet too!

I love the show, but sometimes they do gloss over something really interesting. They'll say, "Here's the machine that makes the part that goes here," and then they install that part. When the most interesting thing would have been to see how that part was made. But overall, it's a great show, and they do show several things being made, so they can't spend too much time with each thing.
