    lots of places are requiring 4" spacing for lil kids, to keep them from getting ther lil head stuck in them.

    Unfortunately, I did what the customer asked and just spaced the bar 4" apart Even WITH soap, I couldn't get may fat a*s through it!!!

    hay bert nice job on your projects cant help from saying about you being behind those bars did the dog the bounty hunter get you lol. you remember the soap i put on the slideing compartment on my welding trailer. lol thanks for the pics

    No problem. If you don't have a roller, you can get a wooden mallet and bang it over a 12" pipe. Worked for us too, till I got a roller. Saves us a few hours

    thanks guys, really 'ppreciate it
    that mailbox was going into a rich neighborhood, then the owner decided not to have it Would have matched real nice with the expensive gates in that area!!! Now we are going to use it as a template to make more later
