  • i made some metal flowers, what ya think of them ?

check out the flowers i just finished up. kinda fun use of some scrap i had laying around.
i added another petel to the pink one, i left it out at first to show off the leaf but did not like the look so now it has a new one and needs repainted. these are kinda fun to make so i might just build up a few for the next flea market trip.

summer is here, plant a tree. if you don't have space or time to plant one sponsor some one else to plant one for you. a tree is an investment in our planet, help it out.

    Nice work

I like your flowers, its always to see what other people are doing in the area of art. What material did you use on them?

one is 16 gage the other is 18 gage. its just what i had laying around.
i have several 2" cut offs from my steel roof i just cut into pettles and leaves last night i hope to get them put togather tonight. we have a lilack festaval going on this weekend in rochester so the wife and i are going in to see if we can sell some, along with some other stuff with my sister inlaw.
so i'm hopeing to get several of them put togather, if all goes well we might return sunday insted of the flea market, we shal see.
the paint was on sail so it was cheap and the steel is left over stuff so i dont have much other than time invested in them.
      thanks for the help

            flowers

I love it when someone can take old left over pieces of scrap and make something with it. I have a pretty large scrap bin in my shop and people ask me why I don't just throw it away as its only scrap. I tell them that it's not scrap metal just little pieces that aint been used yet. Dave
