Where's the leak?

Alright, I sprung a leak in my return line/power cable of my Weldcraft #20 torch. Is there a way to replace the outside hose? Do I have to buy their repair kit?

I don't know about replacing just the outer hose, but a new power cable/water return line should only run about $50 depending on length.. That's how I'd fix it. I can't say anything about the repair kit cause I didn't even know it existed.

All those cables can be replaced individually.
