My todays welding
Here's my welding job for today. The 4 curves for my O Scale ceiling train bridge. 200+ pcs and 660 tacks. It will be 76' around the room when done with the straight pcs. All the parts were cut on my el cheapo 4x6 saw. Bad part was the deburing of 8,000 edges...Bob http://www.tracksoverhead.com

What are you using for deburring? I've found that my big-handled file is easier and faster than just about any power tool.Comment

Here is a set up of my 12" disc sander. I have a stop to hold the part square and it also allows me to flip it with my hand to the next side. Each little part has 8 deburring edges. I have the table tilted up to just touch the part's edge. Plus i just slide the stop down the table as the paper wears down. This paper in the pic really sucks, but i got some good paper from http://www.barbkat.com that is really nice. This bridge will have 3 complex bridges built on it, so i will update in a few days...BobBob WrightComment
