not likely to be a software issue, but you can try. A factory reset would pretty do the same thing for the operating system.

Help 6 is the input voltage is to low and the unit will automatically power down. The voltage must be + or - 10% of the required input voltage.

You have loose wires inside your input power plug ( likely). Quite common actually.

Thank you MAC702 unfortunately manual is not helpful in this situation, not new to this btw , need someone who is familiar with this code after power is shut down MANUALLY.
