Syncrowave 250 DX No Coolant Flo

I purchased my Syncrowave 250 DX new in 2006 from Miller, with the Tigrunner coolant system installed, it has never given me any problems and performed perfectly.
However, I just purchased a new Weldcraft WP 20 torch, installed it in place of the old torch then attempted to prime the torch per the manual.
The coolant tank is full with Miller coolant, I have it on GTAW, I push the Process Control button and continue to hold it in but the green light instantly changes to "stick", the voltmeter just shows 3 dashes, no messages or codes and the amp meter shows my current amp setting (183), I hold it for 50/60 seconds and nothing changes.
I have been trying to go through the priming sequence on and off all day but still nothing, Have tried welding and it does with no problem but then the torch gets hot with no coolant flow after a few seconds.
What am I missing here?

Put the old torch back on and see if it still works.

Yeah tried that right away, nothing.

Such an odd coincidence.

That system has a pressure switch jump the two wires that goes to it and test again. and also make sure the check valve where the two torch hoses connect they like to plug up and stick.
They call it a check valve. Stops the tank from leaking all over the floor and generating a lake.

Thanks, I'll try that today. I'm still not sure why following the priming instructions to the tee doesn't do a thing as pressing the process control switch immediately switches it over to stick (which it would normally do) and continuing to press it does nothing. But I'll try jumping the pressure switch.
The manual also says that "if flow is not detected within 5 seconds of welding output stops, and Help Message 19 is displayed". That does not happen, I can weld until the torch gets too hot...! Confusing.

Nope, nothing working. Looks like I need to load it on a trailer and take it to my local welding store. I left a message on the Miller Tech Help page a week or so ago, outlining my problem, but of course no reply.

What an irritating and frustrating problem, I hate it for ya.

I’m guessing you already unhooked everything and started over a few times and still nothing? That would be about the extent of my knowledge. I hate coincidences like this.

Looks like you have more problems other then cooling the torch they are more likely a main control board issue. And sorry they are obsolete.
INOVAT CORP. is the only one i trust that rebuilds them at a cost of $ 640.00.
