I have a miller gold star 320a that is working intermittently. I think the high frequency is working but 10 times in a row it wont start a nice arc it will be like fuzzy lighting and its noisy then it will strike a nice arc 5 times in a row, kind of like it needs to get heated up somewhere in the machine to work correct but then I stop for a minute and its back to fuzzy again. I have tried turning off the HF and doing a pull away and it will do the same thing. I kind of feel like maybe one of the solenoid's are not functioning correct and its not initiating the start arc. I believe all the capacitors are good. I need HELP! Thanks.
