Hi how are you? Thanks for your help and reply to me. I turned the welder off and on but the problem is still there it's actually gotten worse.i really can't weld in AC at all now and I can't weld in DC+ either it keeps throwing Help code 11 when I go into DC+ .I think I have a problem with the PCB 1 board. I will have to send it to get fixed somewhere. I took the board out today and it's the original board in it l think. it looks like it's been in there a long time it was quite dusty. Do you know if it's hard to repair them? Is it successful ? Does it cost much? I live in Ireland

Help 11 is the output selector switch is not in the correct position. Check the switch i have seen them go bad.

Do you mind sharing who you sent your PC1 to for repair? I have a 350LX, I hope it never needs repair but it would be nice to know of a proven repair facility.

Thank You for your reply Weld Dr.
Are the PC1 boards really a problem on the Syncrowave? My 350LX is a 2006 LG code and it spent its whole life in a college welding classroom/lab. I bought it surplus and everything worked when I tested it. Several of the 350’s had tags that said intermittent amperage fluctuation only in AC constant hf mode. My hf points were over .025” when I reset them, now .008” The toolroom guy always has a pile of Miller pedals to repair which may have been the problem too. Maybe I am being paranoid about the board. I know 2 other guys that bought the tagged welders and have no problems at all. One guy said he thought the welding faculty wanted new machines and my have fabricated/exaggerated the issue.

                  Thank You
                  Bill
