Bobcat 225 with no weld or AC power

I’m trying trying to resurrect this welder for my boss. Supposedly rectifier has been replaced. No continuity at F1. F2 has spotty continuity as well. Could be my tester but it does beep on F2. Swapped fuse to F1 but still no continuity. Thanks in advance. Joe

Please post the serial number of the machine so we can pull up the correct wiring diagrams. Also, I'm not sure what you're measuring.

I’m measuring continuity at the fuses. Photo is the wiring diagram from the shrouds.
