  • Spectrum 375 Xtreme problem

I pulled my 375 off the shelf for a little cutting and the Pressure LED comes on. I have an external Miller water filter which I took apart and cleaned even though it didn't need it. New parts in the gun. When I turn it on all I have is the green LED. When I pull the trigger it throws the plasma arc and then my Pressure LED starts flashing. I have 125PSI going in. It does this consistently. I did remove the cover and found the little water separator filter inside. It was clean as new. I'm kind of at a loss as to what to do. No dealer anywhere near me.
Just because you have one, doesn't mean you have to act like one.

Make sure that the correct electrode, nozzle and diffuser are in place. if its a old electrode, scratch it on some concrete, Then install it snug (don't crank the end on). Tighten the cap too tight, and nothing much will happen. Also max output pressure of 70 psi.

I changed the electrode with one from my service kit. I will try scratching it though. The 375 does not have an air gauge. I assume it is internally regulated. Thanks

Sorta still do, just back the air pressure back til the pressure light goes off, then ahead till it comes back on, that'll be I think 70 psi
