Amperage Fluctuation

Hello, I just bought a 161S and I set it up to 160 Amp but when I start welding it changes as low as 55 but I never get the 160 Aps, is this normal?
I attached a video link fist stick is 6010 second is 6011.

To what input voltage are you plugged in?

If you are running it on 120 volt you will not get full output 90 amps is max on 120. If you are stick welding the amps going up and down is normal.
