Thought I repaired this xmt 350 by swapping out pc1. All prepower checks passed. Started up and ran about 4 stick beads with no problem. No its glitches and not welding. Any ideas where to start? I have attached link to video.

Did you get the machine with PC1 missing? Any way to figure out why PC1 was missing or what issues it had before?
This sounds like an issue on PC3. Given you performed the pre-power checks, I am assuming you have the tech manual. What do have in the way of electronic troubleshooting tools? The problem with PC3 issues is most everything on the XMT350 is controlled directly by the onboard micro-controller. Have you called Miller Tech to see if there is a fault code for all 8s (it's not in the tech manual)?

Did you get this fixed? probably was'nt a board issue. to start with. The brass nuts behind the output studs kike to come loose ,
then the voltage pickups pop off. machine gets confused after that. I tighten the lugs and put red locktite on each. then if you have the cover off anyways, I like to tighten the fittings on the side mod board.
