Tweco may even make drive rollers for that machine. My old MM250, most of my drive rollers are tweco.

I downloaded and printed the owners manual and parts list. Miller site says the factory. 035 drive rollers are discontinued, part # 057590.
last time I bought drive rollers for my old machine was in the late 80s or early 90s, the LWS store had them in stock then.
I dont even know a part number for the .023 rollers but doing a google and Ebay search comes up with nothing.
turns out this new welder has a number 4 Tweco on it, so parts should be readily available for it.

You should be able to get all those parts from your LWS.

started a topic Millermatic 35 drive rollers and Tweco swap.

Millermatic 35 drive rollers and Tweco swap.

I recently just purchaced a old Millermatic 35 with spot controls, had a similar one years ago.
now need to try to get it set uo sorta like I had my previous one years ago.
Looking for where I can find .023 drive rollers kit, and what its going to take to swap a Tweco gun and what to search for?
Still need to wire up a separate 220 plug out in my shed, so haven't fired it up yet.
