Yep, sadly about a month a go a 12 year old girl who went to the same school one my daughter's sends her kids to, took her life because of the craziness in todays society. I believe ****n, drugs, feral ***x, and alcohol are bad news for both parents and their kids.

When my daughters rode the school bus to school, on holidays our bus driver would give all four of them large candy bars for being good on the buss.

I'm no longer able to walk so I need a clean floor so my shop chair's wheels can travel around the shop without being locked up by trash and small stones.

Yes he is, and his son is starting to work with him on machine repairs and projects which is what I've been hoping for. Welding is far better for him than taking drugs and becoming undisciplined and lacking in mechanical and welding skills. If the shop keeps him from hanging around with the wrong crowd, every cent invested in it will be worth what it took to build and tool it up.

We have always raised our kids to respect their teachers, bus drivers, their education and to pick good friends, and he has. He starts CCD which is the Catholic version of Bible School next week, he also is an Alter boy too.

I'm hoping he becomes a Purdue University trained Tool and Diemaker, his grades so far will allow it.

started a topic Ariens Cultivator Handle

    Ariens Cultivator Handle

My 1995ish Ariens cultivator's handle was to low and short, and was made out of what looked like a thin gage 9/16 steel tubing, it would flex when asking it to work. The back of the machine was wide open so I decided to use some angle iron, plate and square tube to build a longer, higher, stiff and comfortable handle. It solved the machines handling and the handle being to low problems.

I cut off the side of a square tube to weld the handle bars too. My SIL did the welding, he's been welding everyday for years. The daughter and him live on the property too, he loves to be in the shop and build things too, it works out well for the both of us.
