  • Wireless pedal compatibility/Aerowave

I currently have the older model wireless pedal on my dynasty 400. I think the number is 300429. I am starting to rig out a Aerowave (currently have the tinware off for cleaning and Voltage changes) I was going to buy another wireless pedal but I swear I saw a compatible cart very recently and the Aerowave is not compatible on it but I can't find that chart anywhere again. I am wondering if that chart is for the new model 301580. I thought they would work with anything that has a 14 pin remote? When I get it up and running I will try my current pedal and see if it works correctly or not. If it does I will either use that pedal and buy the 501580 for the Dynasty or buy another corded pedal (which I just sold because it gathered dust

The spec sheet for the current pedal lists compatible machines, but it looks like it only shows machines currently being made, I would guess it would work with the AW but a call to Miller should clear this up.

Wow, a grand for a pedal. Not bashful, are they? Why not make it 10 grand...or 100 grand? Same difference...

I think I'll wait until the Chicom factory Miller is paying to make those things starts selling them without the Miller badge for a buck-two-ninetyfive.

There's cheaper options like the Nova wireless which in my honest opinion is a SSC pedal that reeks of chinesium and there's the Genuine SSC wireless. The 1k price tag on the Miller pedal is a MSRP. It can be had for 750 off the innerwebs about anywhere. I can get it through my LWS for 6 hundredish.

I heard they are just cooled by the water vapor in the air--should work perfectly where Ryan lives.....

                      Ha! No kidding.

The wireless tig torch and the telepathic mig gun...I might invent that stuff and you guys will get royalties for the influence.
