Syncrowave 250 Foot Pedal stop working

I would check the command signal at the control board at RC6-5 in reference to RC6-4 (as shown in the attached image). If the signal makes it that far, the main board (PC1) is bad. If you don't get the 0-10 VDC at the RC6-5 connection, you need to verify that you get the 10VDC out to pins C and D of the remote 14 pin connector.

I checked out both sets of contacts on CR2 and both read 0.3 ohms

I have checked the toggle switch and it works, CR2 is energizing

Have you checked the toggle switch? Simple I know but sometimes over looked. Also CR2 must engage in remote

Need your serial number to be able to look a the right diagrams.

I asked the same question on another forum and he posted the serial number yesterday. Not sure why he didn't add it here...said it was JK654877.

Syncrowave 250 foot pedal is not working in remote but in panel mode everything works fine. I have take the foot pedal to another welder and it works fine there. I have removed the circuit board and found that R90 burned, so I replaced R90, A4, and Q13. Serial Number JK654877 Can anyone help Thanks Mike
