Xmt 304 no weld output. "Again"

What input voltage are you connected to? Help 7 is usually a bus capacitor imbalance issue, meaning the two caps have voltage levels too far different in stored voltage level. On that note, are the caps out of balance before yo turn on the output, or only happens when you turn on the weld output?

Make sure your resistors on the power board OHM out. But oyu should have a fault code showing

I checked output diodes d1 and d2. both 200k oms either direction. I am trying to test igbt's again and having some difficulty. I maybe should take board off and then test them?

I received this xmt 304 from a friend. It had no weld output and help 7. I replaced igbt's and d1 and 2 diodes. It welded great for a couple days then nothing. It now shows 7 volts but no help code.
