Obsolete part, and only reason serial #’s. Would be missing is if the unit was stolen.

Yeah, I was going to mention Jattus too. Oddly enough, someone posted a Syncrowave pulse unit in ebay. Maybe the seller is reading this post...

Your best bet might be an aftermarket pulser and some velcro. https://jattus.com/ has a miller option (you'll want the 14 pin version), for example, and I'd assume pretty much every other brand does too. About the same price, more features, really easy to install, actually available... but not quite as clean of an install, since it's an external unit.

I’m looking to add pulse to the machine. It does not currently have the board in it.

Two questions: First, how do you know it's the pulser board that's bad? Without schematics, it's hard to tell what might be on some other board that is specifically for interfacing to the pulser board. You might find a pulser board and still not fix it without some in-depth diagnosis unless you have already proven the problem is there by substituting a new borrowed board. Second, are there any active components--transistors or integrated circuits--on that board, or just the pots for the front panel controls? Can you post a picture of the board that shows what parts are on it?

I tried Stumpf out of Illinois and they didn’t have anything.

I looked at Miller4less.com, Miller service parts, and BRweldingsupplies. No hits; only a couple of "obsolete, no replacement" statements. Not a good sign. Watch ebay. Never know what might turn up.

Thanks, got ahold of someone. That part number was not superseded.

That's only the first half of the serial number, but it's enough to find the answer to your question. Should be 2 letters, 6 numbers, like LC123456. Anyway, here's the correct manual:

    https://www.millerwelds.com/files/owners-manuals/O359N_MIL.pdf

According to the parts list, the pulser is PC2, Miller PN 190734 but you will have to call Miller and see if that part number has been updated. Seems like more often than not, part numbers get updated over the years. 1-800-4-A-MILLER and ask for Tech Support.

    It's most likely stolen.
    Good luck.

They are stamped/etched on the black frame under the sheetmetal. Some have stickers on the inside. No SN on the outside could mean that its warm...Bob

I’ll get a picture of it later. Just got off work. It’s one of the big square ones.
