I looked at Miller4less.com, Miller service parts, and BRweldingsupplies. No hits; only a couple of "obsolete, no replacement" statements. Not a good sign. Watch ebay. Never know what might turn up.

Two questions: First, how do you know it's the pulser board that's bad? Without schematics, it's hard to tell what might be on some other board that is specifically for interfacing to the pulser board. You might find a pulser board and still not fix it without some in-depth diagnosis unless you have already proven the problem is there by substituting a new borrowed board. Second, are there any active components--transistors or integrated circuits--on that board, or just the pots for the front panel controls? Can you post a picture of the board that shows what parts are on it?

Your best bet might be an aftermarket pulser and some velcro. https://jattus.com/ has a miller option (you'll want the 14 pin version), for example, and I'd assume pretty much every other brand does too. About the same price, more features, really easy to install, actually available... but not quite as clean of an install, since it's an external unit.Last edited by Bushytails; 05-16-2020, 09:23 AM.
