Is Miller Support answering questions?

Emailed questions go through a central person who then distributes those emails to the correct service group. This is usually done by the front receptionists, but I am not sure if they have someone else currently covering them. All service techs are still answering phone calls, either at home or at work.

They should be continuing to keep an eye on social media, but not on the weekends. With all of this mess, I think there’s also been some issues the team had been having to deal with and/or just recalibrating on the best way to communicate to our audience during this time...Bob

I know with this stay at home order they may not be answering questions. I emailed them a question about my welder early in the week and have not had a reply. Does anyone on the forum know if they are answering questions?
