    Hi All,

    My Name is Logan P. Clayton I am a warranty Tech for Miller, Lincoln, Esab, Hypertherm, Hobart, Thermal Dynamics, Thermal Arc, Firepower, Snap-On and just about every other main welding brand you can think of, I am starting a playlist for troubleshooting tips that will be comprised of concentrated lessons I have learned over the last 6 years being a welder repair tech.       I think you over-estimate the number of people who could trouble-shoot and fix this issue.

      From my perspective, it suggests a design flaw. If you can hand crank the tension enough to wear out the shaft, the tensioner should be weakened or the bushings on the shaft beefed up. It feels like a very chinesium like problem.
