I’m considering modifying a duramax machine torch that came with my cnc table.
the torch appears to have never been used. The seller wouldn’t let the hypertherm 45xp go with the table.

what parts specifically do I need to adapt to everlast 82i?

the eBay seller is not encouraging anyone to try this at home. They’re offering to modify for a fee.
I’m quite comfortable unpinning the original plug and crimping new pins.
what else do I need to know?

I found the plug. Any hints on the hose barb? Does it come with the plug.
        thanks for your help

Look up plasmadyne on Ebay and shoot that guy a message. Tell him you need the plug and the 8mm barb with the climp clamp and a pilot Y. Tell him I sent sent you.

            Wow, that went absolutely nowhere.
they were very interested in charging me $100 plus shipping to do the conversion.
when I asked for these parts and mentioned you sent me... nothing. Maybe that was a trigger?

I'll call him. That's not right. That guy owes me.

I went ahead and purchased the plug from plasmadyne. The local independent welding shop here in Town is a Trafimet dealer. He has the crimps and tool for the hose climps.
