  • Spoolmatic 30a

I picked up a 30a off ebay and I guess it is the old style. It didn't come with any tips so I need to pick some up. I see there's some kind of wrench needed for putting them in which I dont have either. Im not sure why, what is its puropose? Would I be best off to just buy the updated barrel?

The wrench is a hollow t-handle with two tabs that slides over the tip to tighten or loosen the nut that holds the tip. It can be done with pliers but the wrench is nicer. The tips slide in and then you tighten the nut to lock it in place. Scroll down on this link about 3/4 of the way to see it.
