  • Miller 350p trigger voltage

I am trying to verify what the trigger voltage is on a 350p. I tested it with my multimeter and got 15vdc. Could someone please verify that so I can purchase a suitable relay.

I am in the process of designing an Arduino based controller to semi automate a production job at work.

The Arduino will be controlling the trigger on/off function of the weld process along with turning a positioner on and off and activating two air solenoids for clamping. All other parameters will be controlled by the machines themselves.

Thank you for any and all help.

From what I see on the Interface board JP1 to JP2 is 33.1 VDC with trigger open and 0 VDC with trigger closed. That's the 4 pin gun trigger.
Same voltage for the push/pull 14 pin plug for the trigger
