  • New millermatic 252 problem

I just took delivery of a new 252 machine today, and ran into a problem before even getting it running . This machine has jumpers that need to be set for 230 V, and one of the jumper studs spins free, so that the nut cannot be removed. Can these be tightened back from the opposite side, or am I going to have to take it in for service?
    Thanks

Yes. They can be tightened from the back side. That is where the transformer wires connect. You can remove the cover and tighten with a 3/8 wrench and a back up on the other side or take it in and a tech will do it under warranty. hope this helps.
