  • Miller Trailblazer 302 AirPak power output help

Just got a new to me TB 302 AirPak (SN LK250114M ). Was purchased in unknown condition, got it home, and with a new battery see that it only shows 127 engine hours and 50 air compressor hours. Got it running with little effort, and the air compressor works fine. The generator side of things works fine for about a minute and puts out 121V at 60hz, but after a minute or so shows re-start on the display and stops putting out any power. Any input on where to start looking would be great. Thanks in advance

You have an overload condition somewhere in the machine. Could be a board, generator etc. It's going into safe mode.

Thanks. Do you have any diagnostic/troubleshooting advice to help narrow it down? It seems like Miller will not sell service manuals to anyone....

Everything starts at the rings and the brushes. This machine is 2 boards. If it isn't brushes you might be looking at taking it in.
