Where is the Dynasty setup sticky?

I could have sworn there was a sticky at the top of this forum for guidance. I used it to great success while figuring out how to program mine. Got me out of a lot of drama.

I was intimidated by all the hype about setting up a Dynasty. Default settings are easy to restore. Other settings are to allow me to customize an arc. Use them if you want, don't use them is you aren't adventurous.If some change isn't useful, restore.
