xmt304 stick mode

ajustment is still working when displaying "0" but it still annoys me. also the fan goes on every 10-15 min when idling, is this normal?

I used one for 6 years and never used the meter. Too hot turn it down, too cold turn it up. Same with the MIG side...Bob

just purchased a used XMT304, never used one before, on stick mode i initially ajust the amperage, then i pull a weld and when i stop the amp meter goes to zero and stays there and i cant ajust the amps anymore. anyone got a clue ?
