    Can anyone shoot me a picture of the wiring to the coil on a 1994 or any compatible year onan 16 Bobcat 225g. It would be greatly appreciated . thanks

    I don't have a photo but the red lead from the ignition module (mounted behind the flywheel) goes to the (+) terminal of the coil and the black module lead goes to the (-) terminal of the coil. The black wire #47 from the engine harness also connects to the (+) terminal of the coil.

    Under NO circumstances should you connect #47 or any battery (+) voltage to the coil's (-) terminal or you will destroy the ignition module.

      I can't find any wire with 47 on it but there is 2 wires clamped together. I'm guessing this is #47. It will turn over but will not start. It backfires it acts like a car does when the timing is off. Thanks for your response.

        Do they go 12VDC(+) while cranking?

          Karin Is this the same machine from the other post?Are you getting spark at both plugs ?also you may have a valve issue and possible carbon buildup .
