i checked that p/c switch and it didn't change anything. i tired it is both positions and i may be wrong but i believe its called just a pro 300 it came out before the big blue 300. it has a cat diesel in it (perkins) i know when it did work it stuck rods terribly if that helps. s/n will come tomorrow,

Do you have the Process/Contactor selector set to one of the "WELD TERMINALS ALWAYS ON" positions?

I take it you mean Big Blue 300 Pro but which one? Cat, Deutz, Kubota, Mitsubishi or Perkins? Got a unit SN?

No power in welding leads. Still has auxiliary power. There is no hlp codes being displayed. Only has 847 hours... it's my neighbors welder, he is interested in my big blue 400d and kinda wanted to make a deal trading with cash but the complexity of the pro300 kinda turns me away, I like the simplicity of older dependable machines, but they lack the auxiliary out put I'm looking for. I'm trying to get an idea of how expensive the fix is?
