  • Dead leads Miller pro 300 only 850 hours

No power in welding leads. Still has auxiliary power. There is no hlp codes being displayed. Only has 847 hours... it's my neighbors welder, he is interested in my big blue 400d and kinda wanted to make a deal trading with cash but the complexity of the pro300 kinda turns me away, I like the simplicity of older dependable machines, but they lack the auxiliary out put I'm looking for. I'm trying to get an idea of how expensive the fix is?

I take it you mean Big Blue 300 Pro but which one? Cat, Deutz, Kubota, Mitsubishi or Perkins? Got a unit SN?

Do you have the Process/Contactor selector set to one of the "WELD TERMINALS ALWAYS ON" positions?
