Been doing this for a while and thought I would share. I score and cut a Coca Cola bottle and sand the cut edge smooth. I sand a no 8 cup for a 20 torch and o ring fits perfect between glass cup and pink no 8. I use a bit of scotch brite or steel wool for gas lense. I use it for low amp D.C. On stainless and titanium. It lasts pretty long if I don't drop it. Costa about $1 and 5 mins to make. I have some expensive glass gas lense kits and they all break when I drop them. I like the large cup for long stick out when I need to get into a tight spot and it provides the shielding needed to get it done.

Great idea, I would imagine that scotch brite would not hold up to much heat, but you did say low amps only. Can you post or PM me higher resolution images? -
