i have a comparc 125 mig welder i picked up for cheap, replaced a capacitor that had a terminal melted off. went to fire it up and everything seemed to be working but the wire feed roller, but after a few seconds with the trigger pulled the roller started to move, slowly gaining speed till it was going quite fast. that was with the wire speed set to zero. upon inspecting the circuit board i found a resistor that was quite darker than the rest ( it tested at about 98 ohms) I believe that is my problem but don't what the true value of the resistor is as it is hard to tell what color some of the bands are.

serial number: 236 074 g67
stock number: 302-032
number found on a sticker on the circuit board c-m125-162/97

ill post pics shortly
