Hi guys, can you tell me what would cause the spark gap not to receive the sparks on the Syncrowave 250 Tig Welder?

HF spark gap? If so, then faces of the contacts could be really badly burnt. Take them out sand them clean, finish with 220 or finer paper. The surface needs to be as flat as you can get it. Then try again. -
