    Hello everyone . I have a pro cord 100 Lincoln welders I know I know someone will say I should have a blue machine but this welder was free my problem it went I was welding it the wire jump and mess up the job

        I think we'll help you, regardless of what color machine you have, you just have to communicate what the problem is. <br />

          It appears that, perhaps, English is not OP's first language. Maybe, his/her wire is stuttering, coming out of the gun. I expect that the problem with his machine might exist at the drive rollers, or the spool is not turning smoothly.

            So you are simply gonna have to fool around with it a bit. Check the drive tension. Maybe the liner is kinked? Tips bad. Pretty simple once you fool around with it a bit. Check your ground connection too.

                lhawks, you will find that we will be as helpful as we can no matter what machine you have. But you'll have to help us first. Start with the subject line. We talk about fifty wire welders a week here, so put the actual model and problem in the subject line. Then, in the body of the post, give us all the details: machine settings, including polarity of the welding cables. Was the machine working and is now not working or did you just acquire it in this non-working condition?
