Hello everyone . I have a pro cord 100 Lincoln welders I know I know someone will say I should have a blue machine but this welder was free my problem it went I was welding it the wire jump and mess up the job

It appears that, perhaps, English is not OP's first language. Maybe, his/her wire is stuttering, coming out of the gun. I expect that the problem with his machine might exist at the drive rollers, or the spool is not turning smoothly.Comment

So you are simply gonna have to fool around with it a bit. Check the drive tension. Maybe the liner is kinked? Tips bad. Pretty simple once you fool around with it a bit. Check your ground connection too.Originally posted by lhawks View Post
