millermatic 135 random shut off

hi, so I have a millermatic 135, its an 06ish model that I have picked up for 150. the guy I bought it off of said that he was told it needed a new board and that was replaced and it welded for 15 mins and shut off. the guy hasent messed with it sence. anyone have and tips for this? was this score or no?
